We have male and female changing rooms, both complete with lockers and showers.

Is there a minimum age to train at Grants Gym

14 Years old when visiting with an adult.
16 Years olf when visiting without an adult.

Is there a time limit when i visit Grants Gym

No, you can train or be in the gym for as long as your like.

Monday 6 am–10 pm
Tuesday 6 am–10pm
Wednesday 6 am–10 pm
Thursday 6 am–10pm
Friday 6 am–10pm
Saturday 8 am–7 pm
Sunday 8 am–6 pm
