Grants Gym is a thriving local gym that has over the years evolved and modernised the old school type gym.  We dont offer pointless frills and overbearing sales pitches, we just let our gym speak for its self.

Our massive selection of over 100 stations of machines and free weights can even inspire a serious trainer to hit the body parts from a multitude of angles, and also to give a new starter an eye opening array of exercises, techniques and expertise to start from.

Our changing facilities are second to none as too are our sunbed rooms.
